Marc Pagès-Gallego

Marc hold’s a master’s degree in Bioinformatics from the University of Amsterdam. He currently finished his PhD in the group of Jeroen de Ridder, where he developed machine learning models for Nanopore sequencing applications.

During his PhD, he co-developed Sturgeon, a methylation brain tumor classifier that can be used during surgery. His expertise includes deep learning model development for bioinformatics applications.
